The Lifelong Dance of Babywearing: From Belly to Back with Sarah Hoffman

Babywearing is about so much more than keeping your hands free. Rooted in generations of tradition and supported by what we now understand about infant development, carrying your baby close can recreate some of the warmth, movement, and security of the womb while nurturing connection and a growing sense of safety and belonging.

During this Mother’s Tea, Sarah from Rooted In Love Babywearing will explore the benefits of babywearing from the newborn days and beyond. You’ll learn how different carriers can support both baby and caregiver, watch live demonstrations using a stretchy wrap and ring sling, and have the opportunity for hands-on practice with carriers and weighted dolls.

Whether you’re expecting your first baby, already wearing your little one, or simply curious about finding a carrier that feels right for you, everyone is welcome. Light refreshments will be served.
