Touch is your baby's first language, and one of the most powerful influences on their health, growth, and emotional wellbeing. During this Mother's Tea, you'll be introduced to the gentle practice of infant massage and discover how it supports your baby by building muscle tone, encouraging deeper and more restful sleep, and strengthening overall wellness. You'll also learn a simple series of strokes to help ease tummy discomfort and support healthy digestion, so both you and your baby can feel more at ease.
If you have a little one, bring a towel or blanket in case you'd like to try the strokes as they're demonstrated. Dolls will be provided for expecting moms to practice with.
